The free check

The rule check is free. It does not need an account or a card, so there is nothing to refund.

The included note

A new account includes one revision note. That note is not a purchase. It is not refundable because it was not charged.

A revision-note pack

A pack is a one-time payment of $9.99 for 10 revision notes, to be used within 180 days of that payment. Buying again adds another 10 notes with their own 180 days from the later payment. It does not extend an earlier pack. It is not a subscription, and it does not renew.

• If the model fails, that attempt is not charged. There is nothing to refund for an attempt that was not charged.
• If you have not used any note from a pack, email us within 14 days of payment and we will refund that pack.
• Once a note from that pack has been used, that pack is not refunded. The same draft within 24 hours is not charged again, so reopening it does not count as a new use.
• Notes still unused when the 180 days end are not refunded.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law that applies to you, including rights that apply when digital content is not as described.

How to ask

Email hello@personalstatementchecker.com from the address on the account, with the date of payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
